Picking Up Packages

I did not receive a welcome/package notification email from Kinek. What do I do?
If you have not received a Kinek email please check your junk/spam folder. Please add us to your safe list if found in the junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate the welcome email please contact us.

What do I need to bring with me in order to pick up my package?
You will need to have a government issued photo ID as well as the receipt or invoice sent to you by the retailer in order to pick up the packages. (Electronic copies are accepted). In rare instances where identifying the package is an issue, you may be asked to present a 2nd piece of ID.

Do you offer package forwarding?
We do not currently offer a package forwarding service, but you can contact the KinekPoint directly to see if they will work something out for you. You can view a KinekPoint’s phone number on their profile only after signing up and then signing into your account.

Do KinekPoints accept COD packages?
KinekPoints do not accept COD packages. (top)

Can I assign someone else to pick up my package?
Yes, it is possible for a friend or family member to pick up your package on your behalf. You simply need to provide them with a photocopy of your photo ID (government issued) as well as a copy of the receipt or invoice from the retailer. (Electronic copies are accepted). In rare instances where identifying the package is an issue, they may be asked to present a 2nd piece of ID. (top)

Can someone else use my KINEK#?
Only YOU can use YOUR KINEK#. This means whenever you ship an item with your KINEK# your name must be on the package. If a friend wants to use the Kinek service they can simply sign up and register for their own unique KINEK#. The name on the package must always be the same as the name on the Kinek account for security purposes. We are very strict on this matter. (top)
